BIRTH DOULA SERVICES

I recognize birth as a unique experience for each woman.  My goal is to provide loving, non-judgmental support, to meet you wherever you are and help you to achieve a positive and empowering birth experience. 

My Birth Doula service includes:
  • 2 or 3 prenatal visits, one of which is a prenatal massage.  During our prenatal visits we will get to know each other, create your birth vision, and establish a solid connection before the birth of your baby.
  • Phone, text and email support throughout your pregnancy
  • On Call (24/7) for you from 3 weeks before your baby's expected birth date
  • Continuous physical and emotional support once you are in active labor 
  • After your birth I provide one follow-up visit in your home, usually within the first week.  That visit is scheduled at your discretion and based on your need. 

It is very important that you feel completely comfortable with whomever you choose to share this most significant and deeply intimate experience.  I encourage you to talk with and meet a few doulas to find the doula who is the best match for you.
