POSTPARTUM DOULA SERVICES

You may wonder "Why would I want a Postpartum Doula?"
​
As a Postpartum Doula, I provide encouragement, information, support, and another pair of safe and loving hands.  I will come to your home to nurture you and your new family to help make the transition to parenthood smoother for everyone.  

Postpartum services can include:
  • Caring for your new baby (bathing, etc.)
  • Providing breastfeeding support 
  • Preparing nutritious food for you and your family
  • Looking after baby while you nap, shower, or eat a meal
  • Helping with laundry and light housekeeping
  • Spending time with older siblings
  • Running local errands
  • Providing general pet care 
  • Perhaps most importantly, simply being there for emotional support
